All About Flow
Pregnancy has a way of bringing everything to the surface: excitement and uncertainty, confidence and vulnerability. We know that every family comes with their own hopes, fears, values, and lived experiences. Our role isn't to shape your birth into a particular vision, it’s to help you feel informed with less overwhelm, supported without judgment, and confident in the decisions that are yours to make.
We care deeply about creating a space where you can exhale—a space where questions are always welcome, emotions don't need to be explained away, and there is no expectation to perform or have it all figured out. Whether this is your first baby or you're growing your family, you deserve care that is steady, compassionate, and deeply personal. We believe that feeling safe, seen, and supported has the power to change the way you experience birth—and the way you step into parenthood.
One of the things we love most about Flow is that there are two of us.
That means you build a relationship with both of us throughout your pregnancy. We both take part in your prenatal visits and education, so whoever joins you for your birth already knows you, your story, and what matters most to you.
Behind the scenes, we work as a team. We cover each other's off-call time, share the care, and stay connected throughout your pregnancy so that one of us is always available when your baby decides it's time. It's the best of both worlds: the consistency of familiar support with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you've got two doulas in your corner, cheering you on. Always.

I live in Abbotsford with my husband, our one-year-old son, and our dog. I have a bit of a habit of collecting hobbies—gardening, pottery, sewing. I’m always up for trying something new and embracing a challenge. I love any excuse to celebrate: holidays, birthdays, milestones, even just a Tuesday! If it brings people together, I’m in.
Connection and community are at the heart of who I am. There have been many seasons in my own life where people showed up for me in big and small ways when I needed it most. That love and support has deeply shaped how I move through the world.
My husband and I walked a five-year journey trying to grow our family and were eventually diagnosed with unexplained infertility. After multiple failed fertility treatments, we finally welcomed our son through IVF, an experience that forever changed me.
For years, I have felt a quiet pull toward birth work, but it wasn’t until I experienced the incredible care and support from my doulas during my own pregnancy and birth that it was clear to me. I knew I wanted to offer that same love and support to other families. Pregnancy and birth are such sacred, transformative experiences, and it is an honour I will never take for granted to support families through their own journeys.

Natalie Jones
My home is in Yarrow with my husband, our two young daughters, my mom, a dog, two cats, and a fairly bountiful garden considering the sporadic care it gets.
I’ve always been someone that others tend to feel at ease around, and my natural curiosity for the unfiltered human experience means I lean in harder when things get intense or intimate. When a friend asked me to support her birth in 2014, I didn’t know what a doula was but that sure cracked me right open! After my own beautifully supported birth experiences, I knew in my bones this was the kind of magic I could and would pay forward.
I am especially passionate about home birth, water birth, and the midwifery model of care. That being said whether your vision for birth is meditation or medication, home or hospital, I’m truly here for it so long as you are interested in keeping it really real along the way.
When I’m not helping my kids with yet another costume change, you can catch me teaching Prenatal and Mom+Baby Yoga around the Fraser Valley.
