Before participating in physical activity during pregnancy or postpartum, you are responsible for determining whether the activity is appropriate for you and consulting with your healthcare provider when appropriate. You are responsible for listening to your body and stopping any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Participation in yoga classes is voluntary and at your own risk.
